Jesica D’Avanza, MPA, APR, is an award-winning communications leader who works at the intersection of brand and business strategy to make our world a better place. As owner and chief strategy officer at Round Square — a boutique brand and communications strategy consultancy for nonprofits — she spends her days helping organizations of all sizes transform their communications, elevate their brands and exceed mission and fundraising goals. Allergic to mediocrity and hard-wired with an unwavering sense of responsibility, Jesica brings a fresh perspective that sparks unconventional thinking for unparalleled results. Jesica is a former managing director and VP of marketing and communications for national nonprofits, including the American Cancer Society and Muscular Dystrophy Association. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Florida State University and her Accreditation in Public Relations. Jesica is also a wife, mom, Peloton enthusiast, avid runner, certified marathon coach and National Park explorer.
